Terms & messaging

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Two separate kinds of text messages

One-time informational sign-in text. At an open house, the host may send you one text with a sign-in link only after you give verbal in-person permission. This is a single informational message and not recurring marketing.

Recurring listing-update messages. Optional. Only sent if you separately opt in by checking the "Text me important changes" box on a form. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help once such messages are actually sent through a provider. No provider is connected today, so no recurring messages are being sent and no automated STOP or unsubscribe handling exists yet; to opt out now, contact Jackson and your opt-out is recorded by hand. Consent is not a condition of touring or receiving property information.

Requests saved from a property page

When you save a request, your first name, the one contact detail you chose, and any question you wrote are stored in a private, sign-in-only host inbox so Jackson Granger can answer you. Answering your request is a one-time reply through the channel you selected — it is not recurring marketing, and it does not add you to any list.

Matching homes and future open houses are a separate, optional opt-in. The exact disclosure you agreed to, its version, and the time are stored with your request. Email unsubscribe and SMS STOP/HELP apply to those recurring messages.

Tour requests are answered personally. Live calendar availability and automatic calendar holds are disabled, so nothing on this site books, reserves, or confirms a time. Sending a tour request records your interest only; a tour is not confirmed until Jackson confirms property access with you directly. Requests appear in the app for the host to read; no automated external notification, calendar event, or auto-reply is sent on your behalf. Each saved request carries a 12-month retention review deadline rather than an automatic purge; the host can permanently delete an individual request at any time, it may be deleted sooner on request, and legal obligations may require keeping some records longer. A record of an opt-out may be kept after deletion so the opt-out continues to be honoured. See the privacy notice.

Third-party portals

Homes.com, Zillow, and other portals may display information that lags or conflicts with the MLS. Always confirm details on the branded listing or with Jackson directly.

Not a buyer representation agreement

Checking in at an open house is an attendance record. It does not create an agency relationship or a buyer representation agreement.

Informational only

The hub, reports, and any market-value range are provided for general information. They are not legal, tax, lending, or appraisal advice.
